Instant Pot Mamaw's Casserole
–an easy, homemade chicken and rice casserole that’s comforting, filling and healthy.
Butter | Onions | Water Brown Rice | Bouillon Chicken | Mushrooms Seasonings | Carrots Frozen Peas
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. When hot add butter and melt. Add in the onions and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Pour in the water. Turn off Instant Pot.
Sprinkle in the rice. Add in the chicken base, thighs, mushrooms, seasonings, and carrots.

Cover the Instant Pot and seal. Pressure cook for 22 minutes. Let pot sit for 10 minutes and then vent. Remove the lid.
Stir in the peas, break up the chicken, serve, and enjoy!
