Hamburger Steak with Country Gravy

Instant Pot Hamburger Steak with Country Gravyseasoned hamburger patties served over egg noodles and then drizzled with white country gravy.

Beef | Panko | Egg | Pepper | Salt Worcestershire | Onion Powder Garlic Powder | Vegetable Oil Egg Noodles | Broth | Butter Flour | Milk | Cayenne Pepper



In a bowl mix patty ingredients. Form into patties. Turn Instant Pot to sauté and add in vegetable oil. Brown the patties 4 minutes each side. Move to a pot-in-pot dish. Set aside.


Add water into Instant Pot. Add in the egg noodles. Place in a trivet and place the pot-in-pot dish on top. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 2 minutes.


Let sit for 5 minutes and vent. Set hamburger patties aside. Drain noodles and set aside. Turn to sauté. Add butter and melt. Whisk in the flour. Slowly add milk. Stir in seasonings.


Let gravy thicken then turn off Instant Pot. Serve hamburger steaks over egg noodles and covered with gravy.
