Instant Pot Egg Drop Soup is so easy to make at home you won’t ever need to order it at a Chinese restaurant again! The flavor tastes authentic and it uses ingredients you probably already have at your house.

Better than Bouillon  (Chicken & vegetable) Salt | ginger | garlic powder White Pepper | Sesame Oil Scallions | Cornstarch | Eggs



Add to the Instant Pot:  bouillon bases, seasoned salt, ginger, garlic powder, white pepper and sesame oil.


 Cover Instant Pot and set the SOUP button to 3 minutes. Then release the rest of the pressure. Remove the lid.


In a small bowl beat the eggs. Then pour the eggs into the Instant Pot and stir in with a rubber spatula for 1 minute so that the egg ribbons form.


 Ladle soup into bowls and serve topped with extra green onions or scallions, if desired.
