Cowboy Up Supper

Instant Pot Cowboy Up Supper–spaghetti with bacon, beans, chili seasonings and cheese. A hearty supper that will fill up your little and big cowboys.

Bacon | Beef | Onion | Broth Wocestershire | Cumin Chili Powder | Garlic Salt Lemon Pepper | Oregano Spaghetti | Kidney Beans Tomato Sauce | Rotel Shredded Pepperjack

Ingredients

Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add bacon and fry until crispy. Move to a paper towel lined plate. Add ground beef and onion into the Instant Pot. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Add broth and turn off the pot. Add Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin, garlic salt, lemon pepper, and oregano. Break spaghetti and lay it in the pot criss-cross.

Dump in beans, tomato sauce and Rotel on top. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 4 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid.

Stir well. Stir in half of the cheese. Scoop onto plates and sprinkle each with remaining cheese and bacon. Eat and enjoy!
