Hashbrowns | Sour Cream Garlic Powder | Onion Powder Sharp Cheddar | Salt | Pepper Cream of Chicken Soup Cornflakes | Melted Butter
Combine hashbrowns, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, cheese, salt, pepper and chicken soup. Scrape into a pot-in-pot dish.
Pour water into Instant Pot. Place the dish on a trivet and lower into the Instant Pot. Cover and seal. Pressure cook for 20-25 minutes.

Vent and remove the lid after pressure is released. Remove the dish. Dump water out and dry the pot. Sprinkle cheese and cornflakes on top.
Drizzle with butter. Lower back into Instant Pot. Cover with air fryer lid. Set to 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
