Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme

Instant Pot Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme layers of seasoned chicken, cheese, crunchy Fritos, sour cream and salsa all wrapped in a golden crispy tortilla. Make the chicken fast and easy in your Instant Pot!

Ingredients

Place chicken and olive oil into Instant Pot. Sprinkle taco seasoning, garlic and onion flakes and stir. Pour in broth. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 12 minutes.

Move chicken to a cutting board. Chop then add to the Instant Pot. Turn a griddle to 350° F. Place a tortilla on the counter. Scoop chicken into middle.

Top with cheese, pico, sour cream, and Fritos. Fold one side, then the other. Press to flatten. Spray seam side with nonstick spray.

Place wraps seam-side down on griddle. Cook until crisp, pressing lightly to flatten. Spray the top and flip. Cook until golden and filling is hot and melty.

Cut the wraps in half and serve warm.
