Cherokee Casserole

Instant Pot Cherokee Casserolea cheesy, creamy rice and beef casserole that is so fast and easy to make in your Instant Pot.

Ingredients

ground beef onion salt pepper garlic powder dried thyme Italian seasoning bay leaf beef broth white rice diced tomatoes cream of mushroom soup sharp cheddar cheese

Turn Instant Pot to sauté and brown the beef and onions for 5 minutes.

Stir in seasonings, pour in the broth, and turn off the Instant Pot.

Evenly add rice, then tomato, then add dollops of cream of mushroom soup. Don't stir.

Cover Instant Pot and pressure cook for 3 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then vent.

Sprinkle cheese on top and melt cheese for a couple minutes with the air fryer lid.

Scoop up and serve!
