Beef & Noodles

Instant Pot Beef & Noodles–a hearty beef and noodles dish with tons of flavor! This is an easy recipe that takes only a few minutes of prep.

Beef Broth | Red Wine Vinegar | Garlic | Onion Powder | Oregano | Thyme Parsley | Salt | Pepper Chuck Roast | Egg Noodles



Take the frozen noodles out of the freezer and thaw. Add broth, vinegar, garlic, seasonings, and chuck roast into Instant Pot.


Pressure cook for 60 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally for 15 minutes. Vent. Remove the lid.


Take out the roast.  Add the noodles. Cover pot and seal. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Shred the meat. Vent and remove the lid.


Stir the meat into the pot and let the liquid absorb into the noodles and meat for a few minutes. Eat and enjoy!
