Turn Instant Pot to the sauté setting and add in broth. Add in the chicken, onion, carrots, celery, garlic powder, parsley, thyme, rosemary, sage, bay leaf and salt. Turn off the sauté setting.
Remove the chicken. Discard the bay leaf. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add orzo and lemon juice. Let orzo cook 5-10 minutes. Shred the chicken and stir it back into the soup.
