Cut squash in half. Scoop out seeds. Cut into sections and place in slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until tender. Serve with butter, salt and pepper.

Yet, another squash recipe. Hey, what can I say? It’s that time of year. This squash came from my sister’s garden and was better than the banana squash, I thought. 3 stars.
