1 (18 ounce) jar apricot preserves
1 large onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
4 pounds boneless or bone-in pork chops

Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in 3 1/2-qt. slow cooker. Add to cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 to 9 hr or until done.
Review:
This reminded me of the apricot pork chops a little bit. It had great flavor and was very tender. This sauce was originally intended for a pork roast. 3 stars.
