Day 298: Thanksgiving Stuffing in the Slow Cooker

Serves 10-12

14-15 cups stale bread cubes
3 cups finely chopped celery
1/2 cups finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp dried sage
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme

1.  Saute the celery and onion until softened.  Transfer to the slow cooker.
2.  Add in all remaining ingredients in a large slow cooker except butter. Mix well.
3.  Toss with butter.
4.  Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours or on LOW for 4-5 hours.  Season to taste before serving.
