Instant Pot Ukrainian Casserole
–pierogies with Kielbasa and cabbage in a yogurt and tomato sauce
Butter | Onion | Tomato Juice Cabbage | Kielbasa Sausage Perogies | Greek Yogurt | Flour Dried Dill | Lemon Pepper
Set yogurt out to bring to room temperature. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add butter and melt. Add onion and sauté 4 minutes. Pour in the V8. Turn off.
Add cabbage, sausage, and perogies. Don’t stir. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 1 minute on LOW. Vent and then remove the lid.

Turn off Instant Pot. Stir flour into the yogurt. Stir some of the hot liquid from the Instant Pot into the yogurt to temper. Gently stir in the yogurt, dill and lemon pepper.
Scoop onto plates and enjoy!
