Instant Pot Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Potatoes | Cream Cheese Sour Cream | Pepper | Salt Lemon Juice | Dill | Bacon Garlic Powder | Milk Onion Powder | Cheddar
Pour water into Instant Pot. Add a trivet. Place potatoes. Cover Instant Pot and seal. Pressure cook for 20 minutes. Vent and remove the lid.
Remove potatoes and water. Add cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, seasonings and milk to a medium bowl. Mix well. Stir in half of the cheese.

Cube the potatoes. Add into Instant Pot. Add sour cream mixture and coat potatoes. Sprinkle cheese and bacon on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
