Instant Pot Tuscan Parmesan Chicken–a creamy, tomato, garlic and parmesan sauce served over tender pieces of chicken. Make it in the pressure cooker or the slow cooker.
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add butter and melt. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Pour in the broth. Add chicken. Add the seasonings. Dump the tomatoes on top.
Turn to sauté. Stir cream and cornstarch together. Stir in some hot liquid from the pot to temper the cream. Then pour into the Instant Pot to thicken. Turn off the pot.
