Instant Pot Steak Pizzaiola
–an easy pressure cooker (or crockpot) version of a favorite Italian dish of beef, tomatoes, vegetables and lots of garlic.
Olive Oil | Bell Pepper | Onion Mushrooms | Salt | Pepper Garlic | Broth | Beef Italian Seasoning | Vinegar Garlic Powder | Tomatoes
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add olive oil and bell pepper. Sauté 5 minutes. Set aside. Add mushrooms, onions, salt, and pepper. Sauté 5 minutes.
Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add broth. Turn off Instant Pot. Dump meat in. Add seasonings, vinegar, and tomatoes.

Cover and seal. Pressure cook for 25 minutes. Let the pot sit for 10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid.
Stir in the bell peppers. Serve meat and sauce with spaghetti, orzo, crusty bread, polenta or plain.
