Sour Cream Taco Rice Bake–a layered dish with taco meat, rice, sour cream, seasoned tomato sauce and cheddar cheese.

Ground Beef | Dried Onion Taco Seasoning | Water  Rice | Sour Cream Tomato Sauce | Garlic Salt Black Pepper | Cheddar 

Ingredients

Turn Instant Pot to sauté . When it says HOT add in the ground beef and break it up. Add in the dried onion and taco seasoning. Brown for about 5 minutes.

Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Sprinkle rice into the pot.

Cover and secure the lid. Set valve to sealing. Pressure cook 5 min. Then let the pot sit for 10 min and move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.

Scrape into a baking dish. Put the sour cream over the top.Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and pepper over that. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
