Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Instant Pot Sour Cream Noodle Bake– a comforting dinner. Use your Instant Pot to help speed up making this classic casserole.

Ingredients

ground beef garlic salt black pepper Italian seasoning dried minced onion beef broth egg noodles cottage cheese sour cream tomato sauce sharp cheddar

 Sauté the beef and brown for about 5 minutes. Stir in seasonings.

Pour in broth and turn off Instant Pot. Sprinkle in the egg noodles.

Cover Instant Pot and pressure cook 3 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid.

Stir in half of tomato sauce then spread cottage cheese and sour cream mixture over the top.

Spread the rest of the tomato sauce over top. Cover Instant Pot with air fryer lid and bake for 5 minutes at 350° F.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 3 more minutes.
