Instant Pot Sour Cream Chili Bake
–seasoned ground beef with kidney beans, rice, sour cream and Fritos. An easy weeknight dinner that comes together quickly with the help of your pressure cooker.
Ground Beef | Onion | Broth Taco Seasoning | Rice Beans | Tomato Sauce Tomato Paste | Sour Cream Cheese | Frito Chips
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add in beef and onions. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain grease. Stir in taco seasoning, broth, and rice.
Dump in beans, tomato sauce, & tomato paste. Pressure cook for 4 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes then vent. Remove lid.

Stir in the sour cream. Sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt. Sprinkle the Fritos and diced green onions on top.
