Olive Garden Chicken Scampi

Instant Pot Olive Garden Chicken Scampisautéed chicken, red bell peppers, onions and angel hair pasta tossed in a lemon-butter-cream sauce. Tastes better than the restaurant!

Flour | Garlic Salt | Paprika Chicken | Olive Oil | Onion Bell Pepper | Broth | Butter Angel Hair | Lemon Juice Parsley | Salt | Heavy Cream

Ingredients

On a plate stir the flour, garlic salt, and paprika. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add in oil, red onion, and red bell pepper. Sauté 4 minutes. Move out and set aside.

Place the chicken tenders into the pot. Brown 5 minutes each side. Remove to a plate. Pour broth in the pot and turn off. Lay the pasta in a criss-cross pattern.

Add butter, lemon juice, dried onion, parsley, and salt. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 4 minutes then vent and remove the lid. Stir in heavy cream and red onions and bell peppers.

Serve pasta with the chicken. Eat and enjoy!
