Mississippi Beef Noodles

Instant Pot Mississippi Beef Noodles–shredded beef and noodles with the most amazing flavor ever! This dish is easy to make (dump and go!) and will soon be requested frequently!

Pour broth and pickle juice into the Instant Pot. Cut rump roast into 4 pieces. Place in. Sprinkle the ranch mix and gravy mix on top. Place in the butter and pepperoncini.

Pressure cook 60 minutes. Let the pot sit 15 minutes then vent. Remove lid. While cooking remove the noodles from the bag. Place on a paper towel on and let thaw.

Move roast to a cutting board. Add noodles into the Instant Pot. Pressure cook 7 minutes. When time is up, vent. While cooking, shred the beef.

Add the beef back into the Instant Pot and stir well with the noodles. Serve and enjoy!
