Instant Pot Bobby Flay's Italian Meatballs
–an Instant Pot version of Bobby’s meatball recipe. This is a super flavorful and very easy recipe.
Ground Pork | Ground Beef Salt | Pepper | Egg | Garlic Parmesan | Breadcrumbs Parsley | Olive Oil | Onion Broth | Bay Leaf | Parsley Red Pepper | Tomatoes
Mix all meatball ingredients. Set aside. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add oil and onions. Sauté 4 minutes. Add garlic. Stir in broth. Turn off sauté.
Add bay leaf and red pepper. Form mixture into meatballs. Place them into the Instant Pot. Dump the tomatoes over top. Don’t stir. Add parsley.

Cover and seal. Pressure cook for 4 minutes. Let pot sit for 5 minutes and then vent. Remove the lid.
Gently stir. Add in the basil. Serve meatballs topped with sauce, enjoy!
