Malibu Chicken Casserole

Instant Pot Malibu Chicken Casserole–chicken, ham and potatoes in a creamy dijon mustard sauce.

Broth | Chicken | Ham Garlic Powder | Parsley Onion Powder | Pepper Salt | Potatoes | Mustard Dijon Mustard | Mayo Swiss Cheese | Cornstarch

Ingredients

Add broth, chicken, ham, parsley, and seasonings into Instant Pot. Add potatoes into a steamer basket and lower into the Instant Pot. Cover and seal.

Pressure cook 3 minutes. Let sit for 5 then vent. Set aside potatoes. Make a cornstarch slurry. Stir in until thickened. Turn off the pot.

In a small bowl stir together the mustards, mayo and honey. Add potatoes back in. Gently stir in the mustard mixture and cheese.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
