Korean BBQ Burrito

Instant Pot Korean BBQ Burrito–tender shredded beef roll up in a soft tortilla. A combination that tastes absolutely amazing!

Ingredients

beef broth chuck roast minced ginger minced garlic soy sauce brown sugar sesame oil For the burrito: cooked rice cabbage (or kimchi) mayo + sriracha flour tortillas

Add broth, roast, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil to the Instant Pot.

Cover lid. Pressure cook for  50 minutes. Let pressure release naturally before venting. Remove lid. Shred the meat.

Lay a tortilla on a plate. Place rice, meat and cabbage on top. Drizzle with sriracha mayo. Fold the sides, then roll front to back.
