cooked rice cabbage (or kimchi) mayo + sriracha flour tortillas

Add broth, roast, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil to the Instant Pot.

Cover lid. Pressure cook for 50 minutes. Let pressure release naturally before venting. Remove lid. Shred the meat.
