Instant Pot Korean BBQ Beef Bowls–thinly sliced beef drizzled with a flavorful homemade sesame dressing and served on top of rice or noodles. Add in some bell peppers and cabbage for color and crunch!

Roast | Salt | Pepper | Oil | Broth Soy Sauce | Rice Vinegar | Garlic Gingerroot | Sesame Oil | Cabbage Chili Garlic Sauce | Bell Pepper Cooked Rice | Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

Press salt and pepper into the meat. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add oil and swirl. Place roast into Instant Pot and brown for 5 minutes on each side. Move roast out. Pour broth in.

Add roast back in. Pressure cook 5 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 25 minutes (yes 25 minutes). Remove the lid. Place meat on a cutting board and let rest for 5-10 minutes.

Carve meat as thin as possible. Whisk the dressing ingredients together. Assemble bowls by piling rice into a bowl, topping with cabbage, red bell pepper, sesame seeds and the meat.

Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss well. Taste test and add more dressing as needed. Eat and enjoy!
