Broth | Olive Oil | Fettuccine Spinach | Crushed Tomatoes Tomato Sauce | Shallot | Basil Garlic Powder | Oregano | Salt Cayenne Pepper | Parmesan
Add broth and olive oil into Instant Pot. Lay the fettuccine in a criss-cross pattern in the broth. Add the rest except parmesan on top of the noodles.
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 5 minutes.

When time is up let the pot sit for 5 minutes, and move the valve to venting. Remove the lid.
