Add in beans, tomatoes, tomato paste, BBQ sauce and honey. Don’t stir. Cover and seal. Set to SOUP for 5 minutes. Let pot sit for 5-10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid.

Turn Instant Pot to sauté and stir in the cornmeal. Let the chili reduce down for a few minutes until thickened. Turn off the pot. Stir in half of the cheese.
