Greek Chicken Potato Bowls

Instant Pot Greek Chicken Potato Bowlsseasoned chicken and potatoes with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and feta.

Chicken | Potatoes | Salt Pepper | Rosemary | Thyme Oregano | Red Pepper Flakes Garlic | Olive Oil | Parsley Lemon Juice | Cucumber Tomatoes | Red Onion | Feta



Pour water into Instant Pot. Toss chicken, cut potatoes, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes in a bowl until coated. Dump the mixture into a steamer basket.


Lower steamer basket in the Instant Pot. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 4 minutes. Let pot sit 5-10 minutes and then vent. Remove the lid.


Remove steamer basket. Discard water. Dump contents of the basket in. Add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, salt and feta. Toss well.


Season to taste. Serve and enjoy!
