Instant Pot Garlic Cheddar Chicken
–an easy casserole loaded with cheddar, rice, chicken and then topped with a buttery bread crumb topping.
Make it in the pressure cooker or the oven.
Water | Bouillon | Rice Garlic Powder | Dried Onion Ranch Dressing Mix | Chicken Cheddar | Panko | Butter
Add water and chicken base to Instant Pot. Sprinkle rice, garlic powder, some ranch mix and dried onion. Add chicken and sprinkle with remaining ranch mix.
Cover and seal. Pressure cook 4 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid. Stir in half of the cheddar. Then sprinkle the rest on top.

In a small bowl, stir the bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture over top. Use your air fryer lid to crisp up the top at 400° F for 3 minutes.
