French Onion Potato Bake

Instant Pot French Onion Potato Bake–cheesy sliced potatoes with lots of French onion flavor. A perfect side dish!

Potatoes | Sour Cream Flour | Half and Half Onion Soup Mix | Pepper Shredded Mozzarella



Place potatoes in a steamer basket. Pour water into Instant Pot. Place the basket in. Cover and seal. Pressure cook for 1 minute. Vent and remove lid.


Set the basket aside. Dump the water and dry the pot. Add sour cream, flour, milk, and onion soup mix and stir. Turn to sauté to heat up. Once heated, turn off.


Fold in the potatoes to coat well with the sour cream mixture. Stir in half of the cheese and then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.


Place an air fryer lid on top and air fry at 400 degrees F for 3-5 minutes. Scoop onto plates and serve.
