Instant Pot Creamy Casserole

Broth | Chicken | Salt | Pepper Italian Seasoning | Paprika Poultry Seasoning | Onion Garlic Powder | Rice | Water Cream Cheese | Cornstarch Ham Cubes | Mozzarella
Pour chicken broth into Instant Pot. Add chicken. Sprinkle seasonings and dried onion. In a pot-in-pot dish add rice and water. Place a trivet and rice on top.
Cover and seal. Pressure cook 12 minutes. Let sit 5-10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid. Carefully remove the rice pan and set aside.

Add the cream cheese. Turn to sauté. Make a cornstarch slurry. Stir in the slurry to thicken. Break up the chicken. Heat oven to 350° F. Spread the rice into a pan.
Sprinkle the ham over the rice. Pour chicken and sauce on top. Sprinkle the cheese. Bake in the oven 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
