Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Instant Pot Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole–quick, easy and super tasty! Your favorite hash brown casserole is super simple to make.

Frozen Hashbrowns | Butter Onion | Sour Cream Cream of Chicken Soup Salt | Pepper | Cheddar

Ingredients

Pop the hashbrowns into the microwave for 3 minutes. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add butter and melt. Add onions and sauté 4 minutes.

Stir in the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Turn off. Stir in the hashbrowns and half of the cheese. Spread evenly.

Cover Instant Pot with air fryer lid. Bake at 350° F for 13 minutes. Then add the rest of the cheese on top. Bake for another 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy or turn Instant Pot to KEEP WARM setting until ready to eat.
