Instant Pot Crack Chicken and Dumplings

Bacon | Onion | Garlic | Broth Chicken | Frozen Veggies Ranch Dressing Mix | Milk Container Biscuits Cheddar Cheese | Salt
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add in bacon and crisp. Move bacon to a plate. Keep 1 Tbsp of grease. Add onions and sauté for 4 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in broth.
Add in chicken, veggies, ranch dressing mix and the pieces of biscuit. Don’t stir. Cover and seal. Pressure cook for 3 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then vent. Remove the lid.

Spoon some of the hot soupy mixture into the half and half to temper it then pour it all back into the pot. Stir in the cheese and the bacon.
Add a pinch of kosher salt and some black pepper to taste. Ladle into bowls and serve.
