Instant Pot cowboy casserole has ground beef, sausage and vegetables in a creamy sauce and then it is topped with crispy browned tater tots.

Ground Beef | Ground Sausage Diced onion | Minced Garlic Broth | Green Beans | Corn Cream of Chicken Soup Worcestershire sauce  Tater Tots | Cheese

Ingredients

Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. Add in  beef and sausage. Add in the onions. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the garlic.

Stir in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking. Turn off. Sprinkle in the rice Dump the corn and beans on top.

Set the manual/pressure cook button to 3 minutes. When time is up let the pot sit and then move valve to venting.

Stir in the chicken soup. Add in Worcestershire, salt & pepper. Put tater tots on top & air fry for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle on cheese, air fry to melt then serve and enjoy!
