Christmas Confetti Pasta

Instant Pot Christmas Confetti Pasta–shrimp and pasta with red and green pops of color from bell peppers. A fast dump and go pressure cooker recipe!

Water | Bouillon | Onion Flakes Garlic Powder | Salt | Pepper Oregano | Cayenne | Pasta Shrimp | Bell Pepper Olive Oil | Heavy Cream Shredded Parmesan Cheese



Pour water in Instant Pot. Add bouillon, onion, and seasonings. Break pasta and scatter into the pot in a criss cross pattern.


In a pan add shrimp and top with peppers. Drizzle oil over top. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot over pasta. Place the shrimp pan on the trivet.


Cover and seal. Pressure cook  6 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes then vent. Remove pan and trivet. Turn off. Stir pan contents into the pasta. Add cream and parmesan.


Taste test and add more seasoning to taste, if needed. Serve and enjoy!
