Instant Pot Chicken Stir Fry
This quick and easy, one pot recipe for chicken stir fry is a winner! With chicken, noodles, and veggies you can have a healthy and filling dinner in just a few minutes.
Canola Oil | Broccoli Carrot | Bell Pepper Cabbage | Soy Sauce Broth | Chicken | Spaghetti Mushrooms | Green Onions Sesame Seeds | Honey Sugar | Ginger | Garlic
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add oil, broccoli, carrot, bell pepper and cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes. Turn off. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and set aside.
Pour in soy sauce, chicken broth, and add the chicken. Break the noodles and lay them into the pot. Cover the noodles with mushrooms.

Cover Instant Pot and seal. Pressure cook for 4 minutes. Let the pot sit for 5-10 minutes. Vent and remove the lid.
Stir in the vegetables, green onions, sesame seeds, oil, honey, brown sugar, ginger and garlic. Serve and enjoy!
