Instant Pot Chicken Chow Mein

Broth | Cabbage | Carrots Celery | Garlic | Ginger Soy Sauce | Oyster Sauce Sesame Oil | Brown Sugar Udon Stir Fry Noodles Cooked Chicken | Onion
Prepare your veggies. Pour broth into Instant Pot. Layer the cabbage, carrots, celery, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
Cover and seal. Set to pressure cook for zero minutes (yes, zero!). When time is up move valve to venting. Remove the lid.

Stir in the noodles and chicken. Break up the clumps of noodles. Replace the lid. Let the pot sit on KEEP WARM setting for 5 minutes.
Stir in green onions and serve. Enjoy!
