Olive Oil | Bell Pepper Mushrooms | Onion Garlic | Broth | Vinegar Pasta | Chicken Seasonings | Heavy Cream Parmesan Cheese
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add olive oil, peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Sauté 5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Move to a plate. Turn off the pot.
Pour in broth and vinegar. Add pasta then place chicken evenly on top of the pasta. Sprinkle with seasonings.

Cover Instant Pot and seal. Pressure cook for 4 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 5-10 minutes. Move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Stir in the cream and parmesan cheese and the vegetables from earlier. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve and enjoy!
