Cattle Drive Casserole

Ingredients

Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add beef and break it up. Sprinkle taco seasoning. Pour in water. Turn off the pot. Sprinkle in rice, don’t stir. Spoon picante sauce over top.

Pressure cook 5 minutes. Let pot sit for 5-10 minutes and then vent. Remove the lid. Turn off Instant Pot. In a bowl stir sour cream, mayo and green chiles. Spoon evenly over top.

Open the crescent rolls and lay them flat over the top. Place air fryer lid on. Cook 8-9 minutes at 325° F. Sprinkle cheese on top and then use air fryer lid to melt the cheese.

Stir well. Stir in the green onions. Scoop into bowls and serve.
