Instant Pot Caribbean Chicken
This dump and go Instant Pot or Crockpot Caribbean chicken dish is easy, fast, healthy, and versatile. Serve it over rice, quinoa, couscous, or pasta.
Water | Worcestershire Balsamic Vinegar | Chicken Onion | Parsley | Salt Pepper | Thyme | Olive Oil Brown Sugar | Ketchup Garlic | Diced Tomatoes
Add water, Worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar to the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the Instant Pot. Don't stir. Cover Instant Pot and seal.

Pressure cook for 12 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes & then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
Serve chicken and juices over rice. Enjoy!
