Canteen Sandwich

Instant Pot Canteen Sandwich–a loose meat sandwich with lots of flavor. Serve on a toasted bun with mayo, cheese, tomatoes and pickles.

Bacon | Ground Beef | Celery Seasoned Salt | Pepper | Mustard Garlic Powder | Ketchup Apple Cider Vinegar | Water Dried Onions | Beef Base

Ingredients

Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Cut bacon into pieces. Add bacon, ground beef and celery to the pot. Brown for 5 minutes. Turn off sauté.

Stir in seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder, vinegar, mustard, ketchup, and onions. Add in the beef base and water.

Pressure cook 5 minutes. When time is up, vent. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Stir and let the liquid reduce for about 3 minutes.

Toast the buns. Spread on mayo. Scoop some meat on top. Then top with pickle, tomato and cheese. Serve and enjoy!
