Instant Pot Bombay Potatoes

Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into cubes. Place potatoes into a steamer basket. Pour water in Instant Pot. Lower the basket in.
Cover and seal. Pressure cook 1 minute. Move valve to venting and remove the lid. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Set aside steamer basket. Dump water and dry the pot. Add potatoes. Add salt, turmeric, ground mustard, garam masala and oil. Toss well.
Scrape potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, turning halfway through. The potatoes will be nice and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
