Instant Pot Black Pepper Beef
–beef short ribs seasoned with black pepper that are browned and then braised in your pressure cooker with an amazing Asian sauce and bell peppers.

Season the short ribs with pepper and salt. Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add in oil. Add bell pepper strips. Sauté 4-5 minutes. Move the bell pepper to a plate.
Add more oil. Place short ribs in and brown them on each side. Remove. Add in onions and toss 2 minutes. Add broth. Turn off.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, garlic, and ginger. Add the short ribs. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 35 minutes. Let sit 15 minutes. Vent and remove the lid.
Stir the peppers into the pot. Serve beef, peppers and sauce over rice.
