Ground Beef | Seasoned Salt Pepper | Dry Onion | Broth Tomato Juice | Rice | Carrots Beans | Potatoes | Garlic Powder Italian Seasoning | Paprika Salt | Fire Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients

Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Add beef and brown for 5 minutes. Drain off grease. Turn off sauté. Stir in the seasoned salt, pepper, and onion. Pour in the broth.

Pour in tomato juice. Sprinkle the rice. Layer in the carrots, beans, potatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, and top with tomatoes.

Cover and seal. Pressure cook 3 minutes. When time is up let pot sit for 10 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.

Scoop deep to get all the layers. Serve and enjoy!
