Instant Pot Amish Beef Noodles
–tender bites of roast with mushrooms and egg noodles. A homey, comforting dish.
Olive Oil | Chuck Roast
Garlic Powder | Pepper
Broth | Mushrooms
Onion Soup Mix | Egg Noodles
Turn Instant Pot to sauté. Season the roast pieces. Add in the oil and the roast and brown 3-4 minutes each side. Move the pieces out of the pot.
Pour in broth and turn off sauté. Add the beef. Dump in mushrooms and onion soup mix. Cover and seal. Pressure cook 30 minutes.

Let sit 15 minutes then remove lid. Place beef on a cutting board. Add noodles in. Pressure cook noodles 3 minutes then vent.
Shred the meat. Stir it into the pot.
