Flag Day


Flag Day Casserole is an easy dinner you can make in your Instant Pot with ground beef, crispy bacon, cubed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and don’t forget the pickles! Like a bacon cheeseburger but better!

Potatoes | Ground Beef | Tomato Steak Seasoning | Sour Cream Dill Pickles | Cheddar Cheese Bacon | Ketchup | Mustard



Pour water into the Instant Pot. Place potato cubes into a steamer basket. Drop the basket into the Instant Pot. Pressure cook 4 minutes then vent.


Move the basket out. Discard the water. Turn on sauté. Add beef and brown for 5 minutes. Drain off grease. Add steak seasoning, potatoes, sour cream, pickles, tomato, and cheese. Stir gently.


Sprinkle cheese over the top and crumble the bacon and sprinkle it on top. Place air fryer lid on top and bake for 5 minutes at 300 degrees.


Scoop onto plates and serve topped with the rest of the pickles, a squirt of mustard and ketchup.
