I bet you didn’t know you could make quiche in the slow cooker. I like to make crustless quiche for a healthier, gluten free alternative. It tastes amazing for brunch or sometimes I make this as a “breakfast for dinner.” I like to use fresh spinach in this recipe to give it a pop of color and some extra nutrition.

I hope that you’ll make a quiche recipe for the IP soon. I’ve been searching for a good one and prefer your site over others.

Have you ever doubled this recipe? I need to cook breakfast for over 40 people and this sounds wonderful!

I haven’t doubled it but I bet you could. Add 30-60 minutes to the cooking time.
stephen lambert says
what is “half and half”
Karen says
It’s a product that is half whole milk and half cream. You can use whole milk or cream instead.

I did a 10 egg spinach and cheddar cheese.. not sure if it is done.. been cooking on low for about 4-5 hours How can I tell if it is done
Karen says
How did it turn out? If it’s not wiggly in the middle then it is done.
Shauna says
We double this recipe with dried spinach. Added a bit of onion powder and garlic. The only comment was there wasn’t enough.

Nice!
