Happy 2016 everyone! I’m back after a little break and happy to be here. I hope you are all having a wonderful January so far.
For me, January is probably my first or second worst month. It’s between January and February. They are both so cold and dreary, the holidays are over, all the yummy Christmas treats are gone. Back to life, back to reality, back to healthy eating.
Well, I guess healthy eating doesn’t have to be horrible after all. Here are 10 warm and comforting soups that you need to make pronto. It may just make January your third worst month instead of your first worst month 🙂

I hardly ever my slow cooker for soup…I'm excited to have some new recipes to try! I make soup several times a week. It's such great comfort food when the winter chill sets in. I am excited to try some of the recipes in this collection!
