Love these crock pot recipes. As a busy mom with 8 in my family, I am always looking for good recipes that I don't have to spend a lot of time on.

Am gonna try to make all 365 recipes as long as it is kosher and when I get groceries. Am a avid slow cooking monster with my family of 6 so makes is so much easier.

It is delish… I used a chuck roast with all fat removed, seasoned it with salt pepper & garlic powder, seared it well & put in crock. I just posted a link on my facebook page. Would love to win your book. I work full time, go to school part-time at night, take my son to his basketball practice and his basketball games, am a cubscout mom, my son is a webelo scout. I can't buy ready made foods because of the additives and dyes (my son is ADHD) and I am on a diet to lose 100 lbs. Love to cook, but with my schedule the crockpot works best (unless I want to eat at 9-10pm – yuck!) LOVE MY CROCKPOT AND YOUR RECIPES!!! – [email protected]

I know you said that we had to post a link. But I will spread by word of mouth to my mentor teacher tomorrow. We teach Family and Consumer Sciences– which means I teach cooking! Having a copy of your book would be a great resource I could show my classes to help them think outside of the box in terms of family meal management.
