In today’s podcast episode we discuss CHANGE. Do you hate change? Do you cringe when someone moves your cheese? The problem with hating change is that life is constantly changing. Nothing stays the same (at least not for very long). If you constantly hate change and push against it you’re going to find yourself hating your life. Recently I heard the quote “There is not growth in the comfort zone and there is not comfort in the growth zone.” While this quote is so true for a lot of different aspects of our lives it is certainly true in our fitness. If you want results from your workout then you have to push yourself out of your comfort zone. Listen to this week’s episode to find out how exactly to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
